Peer Review Process
All submitted articles undergo a peer-review procedure that includes an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind review by at least two anonymous experts. The review process is completed within eight to ten weeks. The decision to publish is made by the Editor-in-Chief, based on the reviewers’ reports and a supplementary assessment of the article, in consultation with the Editorial Board.
Completed written review forms are kept in the archives of the Herald of Social Sciences are not disclosed to any third party, and are not subject to publication. Authors are informed of the results of the review, along with the reviewers’ recommendations and comments, via email.
