Publishing Ethics
The editorial board of the journal adheres to the Armenian and internationally recognized standards for the protection of copyright in academic works (cf. http://publicationethics.org/resources/international-standards).
The editorial board is committed to ensure the observance of academic ethics and the maintenance of high scholarly quality. However, it bears no responsibility for the rights to, or the opinions and viewpoints expressed in, the published materials (texts, photographs, drawings, tables, etc.); these remain entirely the responsibility of the authors.
The journal welcomes submissions that adhere to the principles of academic integrity, including the proper citation of both published and unpublished sources, and that include an acknowledgments section. Expressions of gratitude to other experts indicate that, prior to submission, the article or portions thereof have undergone a degree of scholarly vetting, such as oral or written discussion.
Manuscripts must be submitted in full compliance with the journal’s prescribed standards. The submitting authors are also required to declare the absence of any potential conflicts of interest, whether financial (e.g., funding, investments, honoraria, grants, paid consultancies) or non-financial (e.g., professional or personal relationships). Such declarations must appear at the beginning of the article, specifying each contributor’s role, and be reiterated in the acknowledgments section at the end, indicating any individuals or organizations that have provided financial or non-financial support for the completion of the work.
The peer-review process is conducted in accordance with the principles of neutrality, impartial scholarly evaluation, and the avoidance of conflicts of interest. Reviewers are expected to provide an objective assessment, identifying both the strengths and limitations of the work, and to recommend relevant literature not cited by the author. The editorial board is committed to preserving reviewer anonymity.
The editorial board is committed to informing the author of the acceptance or rejection of the article within eight to ten weeks. Before publication, the author will review the edited text (by reading the PDF version of the article) and provide their consent for publication.
